5.2- Construction Services:
Al-Qalaa experts will oversee the overall execution of any construction project to ensure the optimum implementation of all planned activities as well as monitoring of the whole performance among different project’s contractors and subcontractors

Al-Qalaa team will track the daily progress of work and oversee the overall performance in the site place. ii. Reporting Systems:
Al-Qalaa team maintains and reviews the contractor performance records to facilitate effective reporting and information system that would result in more proper communication and distribution for all needed data and documents.
iii. Inspection and Testing:
We seek to maintain an effective quality system that will cope with and meet the international accepted standards through conducting the most effective inspection and testing tools among different project areas.
