After the completion of the villa design for one of the clients, the project management contract was signed in QESC Project Management Department offices where the contract includes responsibilities of Engineering services management_ Contractor selection through tender process_ Materials Procurement management_ Projects controls management services_ On-site Construction Management Service through one (1) site visit a week, four (4) site visits a month_ Projects planning services_ Projects Contracts Administration Services_ Quality Assurance & Quality Control Management_ Project closure and Handover.
